Thailand Tennis Privacy Policy
Version: 2026-10-22. This version takes effect when published at the official policy URL.
Operator: 程昭 (CHENG ZHAO), an individual. Support, reports, appeals and privacy requests: cmtennis@gmail.com. Adults aged 18 or above only; Apple sign-in is not proof of age. Chinese prevails between translations without displacing mandatory rights.
Service and information
The service covers Courts, Matches, Me, favorites, personal plans, feedback, blocking and account deletion. Match access is currently restricted; this description does not announce public access.
Apple verifies identity. We use verified identifiers, authorization codes and tokens to establish business accounts and sessions, and retain encrypted credentials needed to revoke Apple authorization. We do not receive Apple passwords or Face ID biometrics and do not merge accounts by email or nickname. Google sign-in and SMS sign-in are not available; no SMS is sent to production users for those sign-in channels.
Account identifiers, display names, city, language and session data provide account services and prevent unauthorized access. Favorites and personal plans synchronize your records. Venue, time, level, applications and attendance states support matches; reports, appeals and necessary operation records support dispute handling. Access requires appropriate authority, and parties cannot decide their own case.
Phone, LINE, WeChat or WhatsApp details you choose to submit are hidden from other players before matching. After acceptance, only the organizer and accepted participant can view each other's details as authorized. Access locks on cancellation, removal or more than 24 hours after the event ends; it cannot erase copies already saved by others.
Nearby search uses foreground location with system permission; city browsing remains available without it. Opening directions or venue links sends the destination and request to the selected external service. Uploaded content may contain people, location or metadata; do not assume all metadata is removed or submit unnecessary third-party information.
Grounds and choices
Information necessary for accounts, synchronization and matches is used to fulfill requested services and the service agreement. Optional location, submissions and contact sharing are user choices, with consent where required. Security, disputes and statutory records are handled on applicable necessity and legal grounds. System permission, Apple authorization and accepting terms are distinct; one choice does not authorize unrelated processing. Declining optional data affects only the associated feature.
Providers and international processing
- Tencent Cloud CloudBase hosts business APIs, identity mappings, database records and related files. The configured business region is Shanghai, China (ap-shanghai); this does not identify every provider facility or copy.
- Apple provides sign-in, system authentication and Apple Maps directions that you open. See Apple Privacy Policy and Sign in with Apple.
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides Pages static hosting and global network delivery for this policy website. Necessary browser requests include IP address, path and browser information. The policy pages do not submit business tokens, match records or forms, and contain no added advertising or analytics scripts. Processing is not restricted to Shanghai or a fixed country. Provider contacts and rights channels are in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Google's Gmail processes the sender address, message and attachments you email to support, potentially outside your country. This is separate from the unavailable Google sign-in feature. See Google Privacy Policy. Do not email passwords, codes, raw tokens or unrelated identity documents.
External maps, booking or venue services apply their own rules when you open their links. Business use from Thailand involves transfer to China; website and email processing may also be international. Provider links do not replace our required notices, transfer safeguards or separate consent. General acceptance does not waive those duties. A new cross-border admin proxy or sign-in channel requires assessment and updated notice before activation.
Retention, deletion and restoration
Active accounts and necessary business records are retained while providing the service. Open disputes remain until handled, with subsequent retention based on necessity and law. The cleanup target is one week after closure for disputes, and one week after creation for ordinary operation audits and backups. Automatic expiry deletion is not currently guaranteed; data cannot be assumed deleted on day seven. Contact the operator to ask about your records or request deletion. This target does not authorize indefinite retention.
Statutory security logs, litigation/regulatory records and necessary deletion, revocation and anti-replay state are managed separately. Where applicable, the network-security log statutory minimum is six months, not the ordinary one-week target. Retention, access and use must be limited to what is necessary.
Request deletion from the account page under Me, reauthenticate, confirm and check the current task status. The process revokes linked Apple authorization, invalidates sessions and handles your data; it does not delete your Apple Account. Shared match records may be cancelled or de-identified; others' independent records and legally retained records may remain. Shared images may require manual review. Failed or manual-review tasks are not completed deletion.
Signing out, uninstalling or stopping Apple authorization is not account deletion. Backups do not all disappear immediately. A uniform automatic backup cleanup period and complete cloud restoration guarantee have not been verified; point-in-time recovery is not promised. Restoration must check and reapply deletion, revocation and security-consumption records to prevent deleted accounts or revoked access from returning.
Rights, support and changes
Use support email or in-app feedback for access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of applicable consent and other applicable rights. Verification is limited to what is necessary; email remains available if you cannot sign in. Reasons should be given when a request cannot be fulfilled; statutory complaint and remedy rights remain.
The operator checks reports, appeals and support email at least daily. Reports receive human attention as soon as practicable; no round-the-clock two-hour response is promised. Appeals receive a result within 24 hours; complex cases receive an explanation and expected completion time within 24 hours. An automatic receipt is not a human reply.
Material changes are published here. Where renewed consent is required it is obtained before the relevant processing, not inferred from continued use. Old consent does not automatically authorize a new operator, purpose or recipient. The terms' choice of Chinese law does not exclude applicable Thai personal-data protection, consumer rights or other mandatory provisions.
